Amy Pabst is a renowned quilter who grew up in rural West Virginia and is known for her miniature log cabin quilts. This exhibition is a series of her 27 miniature quilts focusing on the traditional pineapple block done on a very small scale. Each quilt features thousands of individual pieces. Amy did not consider the series complete until the total number of pieces reached a quarter of a million. All of her designs were inspired by 1800s era antique quilts, contemporary quilts, and some of her own original designs. Come experience this fun exhibit and be amazed by the tiny, intricate work of Amy Pabst you have to see to believe.
