Hope Young

Hope Young has worked at VQM for 2 years, starting in December of 2022 after she graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors in Historic Preservation. Although she is not a quilter, and her initial interest in our Development Coordinator position was through her admiration of the historic Warren-Sipe house, she has developed an appreciation for the value that quilting has to the historical context of our country. In her time off, she helps our bookkeeper Cheryl with food deliveries on Monday's, is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, loves hiking, watching nature documentaries, as well as spending time with her family and dogs in Culpeper. She is a devoted Catholic, and has been a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for 4 years.
